The car got aerodynamic fairing of the body with a rear carboniferous spoiler, and also streamlined active suspension PASM. And what is more the GT3 RS is equipped with active engine mounts (Porsche Active Drivetrain Mounts), which change ruggedness depending on the way of the car driving. This extinguishes the motor’s vibrations and increases accuracy of the car’s motion along the path in the succession of the turns.
Now there is a new engine under the hood, which has got the capacity of 3.8 liters and the power of 450 hp, the old 3.6-liter GT3 RS has got 35 “horses” less. However the acceleration till 100km/h and the full speed remained at the same level — 4 sec and 314km/h accordingly. And the same gearbox is available – six-speed manual.
The new track supercar obtained a safety cage in the interior, powerful brake gears and 19-inch wheel disks. The company offers to replace a usual lead accumulator for a lighter lithium-ion analog, weighing 10kg less for additional pay.
