1980 Toyota Carina
Second generation
en.wikipedia.org
The Toyota Carina was a Japanese large family car, produced from December 1970 to 2000. As a rule, it was introduced as a four-door version of the Celica (which shared the same platform), though in earlier generation of Carina it was offered in 2-door station wagon models. Later, it was realigned to the Corona platform, but it was more sporting with distinctive bodywork and interior — aimed at the youth market and, as a rule, filled the niches between Corolla and Corona.
This exhibit is with 4-cylinder engine EFI 1800 Hard Top of 1,800 cc capacity.
In August 1979, the front of the vehicle received a major change that now included four headlamp lights. The rear received a changed license plate mounting to give it a new style.
