A three-phase motor from the heart of Fb 4/4 No 366 Two of these simple and robust traction motors, each producing 1100kW, made the Simplon locomotives the most powerful so far. This sectioned motor from locomotive Fb 4/4 No 366 was constructed in 1907. It used three-phase current at 3000V. The locomotive could be driven at four different speeds.
